This Privacy Policy sets out how we manage information that can identify you, directly or indirectly (“Personal Information”) when you use our Services.
When you use our application, in particular when you create an account, connect to it, play our media content, you are led to fill in and thus provide us with certain information in the nature of Personal Data.

Personal Information necessary to register for our Services, namely your email address and password and for the creation of children’s profiles the first names (or pseudo) gender, and date of birth;
Personal Data that you provide to us in order to contact us, in particular via the online contact form, such as your email address, the content of your request and any attachments provided, your telephone number, etc. We may ask you for additional information when you report a problem with our Services, with a view to resolving this problem;
The IP address, device model, browser and language of the device you use to connect to the Services; A copy of correspondence (including email) you may send to us;
Where applicable, your email address for the purpose of subscribing to our newsletters. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each email sent. We will then remove you from our mailing list;
Your responses to any surveys we invite you to participate in, and the content of your posts on our Site. This information may be used for research and analysis of user behaviour in order to improve our Services;
Details of your visits to the Site and Apps and related use of the Services, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, resources accessed, weblogs and other communication data, if necessary for our own billing purposes;
Time spent on the Services, including a list of programs and sessions listened to and your preferences;
Public information from your Apple, Google or Facebook profile if you choose to connect to iSophro using these networks.
When you connect to our Services via your Facebook account, we collect your email, name, first name, gender, and your Facebook ID, as entered by you when you created your Facebook account. We will also have access to some of the data in your Facebook account in accordance with the terms and conditions of use of the relevant social network.
Log files allow us to record your use of the Services. Our technical team gathers information from all our users in order to better understand your use of the Services and make improvements to better serve you.
During each of your visits, we may collect, in accordance with applicable legislation, information relating to the devices on which you use our Services or the networks from which you access our Services, such as your IP addresses, connection data, types and versions of Internet browsers used, operating systems and platforms, data concerning your browsing on our Site and our Apps, download errors, the content you access or consult, the advertising identifier of your device, etc.

What is a cookie?

Cookies will be deleted by us after a period of 13 months from the date of their placement.

Finally, the processing related to certain cookies (see point 2 above) or related to the reception by email is based on your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time as this is the only applicable legal basis.
Personal Data is processed internally by duly authorised persons, within the limits of their respective responsibilities.
It may also be communicated to the following external recipients
financial organisations holding the accounts that have been moved;
competent administrative and judicial authorities, such as tax authorities, in order to enable iSophro to fulfil its legal obligations in this respect, to apply or enforce its agreements with you, or to protect the rights, property or safety of iSophro, our customers and any third parties;
judicial and legal officers in the context of their mission to collect debts;
Personal Data collected by iSophro is processed by it, as the controller, in compliance with applicable data protection legislation (namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, – the GDPR -, as well as any subsequent regulations).
iSophro undertakes to implement technical and organisational security measures to ensure the protection of Personal Data against the risks associated with the use of information systems, and in particular unauthorised access to this information. Except in the case of disclosure of your Personal Data as described in point 4 above, we do not provide your Personal Data to any third party without your express consent.
All information you provide to us through our Services is stored on secure servers located in Europe. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Services, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. To protect your information, it is necessary to choose and use strong passwords, i.e. passwords that are difficult to retrieve using automated tools and difficult to guess by a third party and of course not to share a password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not entirely secure. While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to the Services; any transmission is at your own risk.
Your Personal Information is retained for a period of 10 years after you close your account or last use our Services if you have not closed your account, which is the applicable statute of limitations. This period may be extended beyond that time for the duration of any pending judicial or administrative proceedings.
However, once you close your account or after a period of two (2) years from your last use of our Services if you have not closed your account, your Personal Data is simply stored for archiving purposes in a secure manner to meet our legal obligations or, if necessary, to enable us to defend ourselves in court. make use of your right to the portability of Personal Data.

You can access and modify your Personal Data at any time via your online account.

The Services may, from time to time, contain links to websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates which have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for the use made by these sites of the information collected when you click on these links. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these sites before submitting your Personal Information to them.
Minors may use our Services dedicated to them, however use by minors must be made only under the supervision, control and consent of their legal representatives. We rely on parents and guardians to ensure that minors use the Services with an understanding of their rights and responsibilities as set out in the Terms of Use and Sale applicable to the Services (the “Terms”). If you are a legal representative of a minor and you give your consent to the use of the Services by the child for whom you have legal responsibility, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the Terms.
iSophro reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time, and to notify users of the Services by posting the changed or updated Privacy Policy on the home page of the Site or App in question. Any changes will be effective immediately upon such posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to abide by the Privacy Policy as amended. In certain circumstances (for example, if we wish to use your Personal Data for purposes different from those stated in our privacy policy at the time of collection), where necessary, we will personally inform you and/or seek your consent.
