iSophro is a mobile application dedicated to sophrology for children. It offers guided audio sessions, breathing exercises, relaxing stories, and emotional tracking tools adapted for children aged 3 to 12 years.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

As a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the Application.

4. Access to the Application

The Application is available for free download on:

• Google Play Store (Android)

4.2 Technical requirements

Using the Application requires:

5. License to Use

Scholar Sophro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Share your account with third parties

6. Features and Content

6.1 Free content

Certain sessions and features are accessible for free without creating an account.

6.2 Premium content

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. Pricing details are provided in the Application and may be modified at any time.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

7.1 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via:

• Your App Store account settings (iOS)
• Your Google Play account settings (Android)

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Application (texts, images, sounds, videos, graphics, etc.) is protected by copyright and belongs to Scholar Sophro or its partners.

10. Responsibilities

10.1 Use under parental responsibility

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for:

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted, failing amicable agreement, to the competent courts of Grasse, France.
